Well, now that OOP 1 has been out for a full month, reviews are coming in at sites like IndiePulp, Trashotron, the Sun-Times News Group, Fist Full of Comics, Reading Review, and The Comics Waiting Room.

- Ain’t It Cool News (scroll down) says “each story completely engulfs the reader with imagination and wonder.”

- Bookloons calls Out of Picture “a visual cornucopia of imagination - a pleasure to look at and a delight to read.”

- The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review calls it “seriously picturesque.”

- “Out of Picture is an absolutely stunning collection of work,” says The Daily Crosshatch, “from start to finish, displaying a diverse and gorgeous array of coffee table fodder rivaled only by the consistently wonderful output of the folks at Flight.”

- Firefox.org says “This gorgeous collection might just represent the future of picture books for grown-ups. ”

New York Magazine is running an excerpt from Out of Picture 1 on their Entertainment and Culture Blog - Vulture. In fact, they’ve posted Vincent Nguyen’s entire story “Domesticity!” Take a look at it here.
